I made a bunch about 3 weeks ago, stored the unused portion in the frig, need to make icing today, can I just heat the mixture in the microwave and reuse it or do I need to make another batch?

In the Sugarshack's Icing and Tips recipe, she says:

liquid which consists of 1)flavorings and 2) a liquid I make by mixing powdered coffee creamer, one cup to one cup hot water. I make this liquid up a few cups at a time and keep it in the fridge till I need it. Use the liquid hot.

I figure she just reheats the liquid.

Sharon's recipe is wondeful, I have also used some of the liquid creamers like Vanilla and Creme Brulee too with great success.
