So does anyone know much about her cake other than it's ivory and was "inspired" by Will & Kates cake? Inquiring minds want to know!

As a person who hates all things 'Kardashian' I can honestly say I could care less. I have a hard time with 'celebrities' who have no talent and who are famous simply because they're on TV.

(Sorry, OP...not aiming at you!)

I just think all these so-called reality shows do nothing but bolster the egos of spoiled stupid people who can't survive without a camera following them around and who think that they are actually performing some sort of service to mankind just by showing up to party, go shopping, get drunk, talk the filthiest language possible and see how much money they can spend.

Cake? Not interested.

You can just about see it here (half way down the page) - black & white, so obviously not 'William & Catherine' inspired: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2028429/Kim-Kardashian-wedding-pictures-3-dresses-Pippa-Middleton-inspired-bridesmaids.html

Hey Dora, I have read the "cake" is 10 tiers, white buttercream and it is fashioned after Kates wedding cake. It is baked by Hansen's Cakes in California and the cost is $6000. The entire wedding will be viewed on "E" in Oct. over two days. Like the others, I just want to see the cake and gown icon_smile.gif

I wouldn't know this chick if she passed me on the street, but I approve of her dropping $20,000 on the cake. At least it's something made in the USA by skilled, hard working people. thumbs_up.gif

It looks like it has a ton of royal icing details and sugar flowers (from the paparazzi photos released), I'm interested in seeing actual decent photos. I'm not above oogling skill.

BTW, the Ron Ben-Isreal cake for that stupid Sex in the City 2 movie was $65,000 and it was a set piece!

You do realize the Kate and William's cake bottom portion was a dummy. Only the top, I think 3 layers were served. The rest is on display along with the dress somewhere in London...

From what I read this morning they didn't have to pay for hardly anything. The 20,000 cake was gifted by Hansen's Bakery. A lot of venders were providing free food and services just to get their names in there. Must be nice. In one of the photos you can barely see the cake. Must be nice to get paid to get married.

I would gladly give her the last wedding cake I did for free! I'm sure I could duplicate it... I feel it's totally fitting for her 'special day!' icon_twisted.gif

Didn't even know the wedding had already taken place. Shows just how much I keep up with the Kardashians! lol

I hope the marriage is real and not just fodder for their "reality" show. Not crazy about people who have no talent, but end up being millionaires for no apparent reason except being friends to another "famous" person and having home videos leaked online. Anyway, I digress. Back to looking at cake photos!

I agree with carmijok's sentiment. I could care less for these legends (in their own mind's) that think they are just too hot. They need to do something that is worthwhile for other people rather than just swearing and feeling that they are poor and abused children. Grow up!!!

Whoops I wasn't notified I had any replies! Don't worry carmijok I wasn't offended at all! I'm not a fan either but I love looking at celebrity wedding cakes. In my opinion, I would be ashamed to spend so much money on a wedding knowing how the economy is these days. But to each his own, ya know? With all that money spent, I only hope the marriage lasts more than 6 months! Oh and carmijok, your fallen wedding cake was beautiful, so sorry that happened!

If they modeled the wedding cake after her butt it would feed a LOT of people.

I'ld rather have a big, shapely butt, then a scrawny Victoria's Secret modle butt any day!

I do want to see what the cake looks like. I am NOT into the Kardashians at all. She had a sex taped leak and now she is famous. I don't get it. icon_confused.gif
