As long as you have a nice store manager and activities coordinator it should prove to be fun.

I hope the store you will be working at is way more organized than where I teach . They do barely anything to promote our classes and what I wouldn't give to get a paycheck that was right.

On the upside, I really enjoy the classes and I am sure you will to. It is nice to share my passion with other people. My course 3 class this month is so great and all the ladies are really fun and are doing a great job. I can't wait to see their final cakes next week.

That's great! I would love to do that! If you don't mind me asking, how long had you been decorating before you got the job?

Sadly, I got that same call about a month and a half ago. (In the Minneapolis area as well) Then the Michaels manager said , "Thanks but no thanks, we have someone we know picked out already." .... So if that's you, Congrats!!! If it's not, well, Congrats and Good Luck, I hope theyre not psyching you up for a "psych out" like they did me.

Wow, I just started as a Minneapolis WMI a couple of months ago! Congratulations! I'm still very much new and trying to get the hang of teaching. My first class had 10 people, my second had 1 (my store manager says that if we have a minimum, we'll never get to do a class) so it's been interesting.

Let me know if you want to talk - what store?

Congrats.. I am on my second month teaching and though I can decorate pretty well... teaching has been different. I am still working to get my enrollment up, I have had between 3-5 people per class.

It was actually made to scrapbooking .. the type of band, its acid solvent free, super, super thin and has a very good.
Even use it on the edge of the plate if I put a tape in it.
