I was asked to do a corset cake, of course I never like to say no because I know my good friends at Cakecentral will help me out icon_biggrin.gif

So here's what I know so far, she wants it for 20 people but I'm thinking I'll have to use at least a 1/4 sheet to make it which is 30 servings yes?
That is also dependant on if it's a 2 layer or not- I say it serves 30 as a 2 layer, but some of the corset cakes appear to be 1 layer, so is that how I should do it? Also my wilton ball pans are way too big for that size so does anyone have another suggestion, lastly do you think I should charge the price a 3D cake? Thanks!

I have in my gallery a pink corset cake that I made for a shower with about 20 guests. I used a 10" heart shaped pan. Instead of the ball pan, I used the Wilton mini doll pan. The scaling was perfect. HTH!
