i am making a cake for my niece for this weekend so i thought i would ask her mom what she was into

thinking she would ask for something girly girl i was imagining something with funky colours

no not for this child. she says that she does not care about the colour or sytle as long as it has mars bars on it ( minis)

Take the minis out of the wrappers are use them as a boarder around the base of the cake

Chocolate caramel cake? (unless UK and US Mars bars are different...?) Chocolate frosting and unwrappered mini bars on top (I'm imagining 12 like on the face of a clock with a "hand" pointing to her age if she is 12 or under) or as Stacey suggested around the bottom
