Hola a todas estoy desesperada, no me queda el betun con el que se cubre el pastel de fondant, no me queda espeso y cuando lo cubro con el fondant se humedece muchisimo,quisiera saber la receta del betún gracias.

¿Estás en un lugar caluroso y húmedo? Pregunto, porque yo sí y me pasa lo mismo. Hay dos opciones básicas. Puedes usar el buttercream hecho con manteca vegetal (shortening) o el ganache debajo del fondant. Yo prefiero el ganache (dos tantos de chocolate oscuro or tres de chocolate blanco por uno de crema - hay una receta en la sección de recetas de aquí). La receta del buttercream o está aquí o la puedes encontrar en el sitio de Wilton (www.wilton.com). El chiste en un clima caluroso es poner la capa más delgada posible de cualquiera de los dos debajo del fondant, apenas para que se pueda pegar el fondant. De otra manera se remoja el fondant o se forman bolsas y se va deslizando por el pastel.
