Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a recipe (open to most flavors) that is just enough for one 6 inch round cake pan. It`s a pretty deep one so I like to make a taller cake and slice it in half to make a layer.

Recipes will depend on how deep your "pretty deep one" actually is ..

One 6-inch round pan, 2-inch depth = 4 cups batter
Each half-inch increase in depth will increase the amount by approx 1 cup batter ..
