HI I just got done baking my smaller cakes but before I start I want to know if anyone knows how many wasc recipes I need for the 10" & 12 " pans??

if you are making 2 of each size then you will need 4 wasc recipes. each recipe yields around 7.5 cups of batter the 12 in required 7.5 cups of batter so thats one entire wasc recipe for a 4 inch cake you will need 2 of each size. the 10 inch requires 6 cups of batter so at the end of the cake baking you should have around 3 cups of batter left over and I usually make cupcakes out of the left over batter or you can freeze it as is and use it later. HTH. Do a search on the forums for Alices cake matrix. That is what I use and it tells you everything you need to know about how much batter and such and helps you figure out how much to charge for your cakes..
