Depending how you make it..if you mold the spout around a lollipop stick and insert into a straw in the cake then attach with melted white chocolate inbetween then that should do the trick. I tell my students the reason I insert a lollipop stick into a straw it is because the straw is a tad bit bigger and less likely to tear a bigger hole for the spout weight pulling it down and you can get it adjusted the exact way you want it to look.
