So, I took advantage of the 59 cent color gels and now I have all these little bottles. Does anyone have any good suggestions for storing these things? Currently they are just sitting on a shelf in my pantry, waiting to get all knocked over as I reach for the one I want.

Thanks from a newbie.

I keep my gel colors in clear, square plastic containers.

I bought one of these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Paint-Bottle-Wooden-Caddy-Craft-Storage-Organizer-/180704801095?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a12d87147

It works great for everything except the tiny little Wilton gels. The bigger gels work fine, and the small and large bottles all fit.

Now that I look at the link, Yes, the Ameri-color bottles fit great in it. I put two rows of those small bottles on each shelf

You may want to try a wire rack for small paint bottles. AC Moore's or Micheals used to sell them. I have 1 that holds about 80 bottles or The Container Store has a acrylic spice rack 11x3x10 that will hold 20 bottles. Good luck

I just ordered some of these as well. I got a notice in my mailbox yesterday that the postage was short. So I have to go to the post office and pay .40 or something to get the package. Too bad I work all day and get home after the post office closes icon_sad.gif

I got my third order yesterday. A few of the tops were slightly loose, but no spillage.

Wow! I'm overwhelmed with such an abundance of replies! Thank you everyone!

snocilla, I think I need to make some money before my husband will go for me buying that fabulous wooden caddy. Until then, he can't say much about a couple dollars for a plastic shoe box.

Thanks Jason-Lisa for sharing the link. I scrambled to order a bunch last week because someone had mentioned the sale was ending. Glad to see it's still going on.

shanter, a few of mine had loose tops as well, but thanks to the seal, no leakage on mine either.

Thanks again everyone!
