hi i am wonder to know if some one can help me, im trying to bake brownies cupcakes but the recipes that i allready try did´nt work, both recipes use chocolate and butter melted and hot, this is the way that appears in the recipe, but when the cupcakes are in the oven the batter rise and then it sink.
so if someone can help me i really aprecciate or if someone has a recipe and can tell me step by step how ca i do it, it will be nice.
Recipes that call for butter and chocolate melted usually require that they be returned to room temp. Is it a recipe that you have successfully used as brownies in the pan?
