I don't live in that area, but go there often. I actually live about 1.5 hours east but I'm sure my little town does not have supplies other than what you can get at AC Moore or Michaels and that is very limited.

Not that there is anything wrong with those things, but I'd like to shop around.

I used to live in the Cleveland/Parma area, and I can't really think of any places. I'm near the Youngstown area, and I know the Sugar Showcase does sell some supplies. I haven't had a chance to check it out myself yet, but from what I understand they do sell supplies, so maybe that might worth it and a little less of a trip? And I'm not sure if you are also looking for food-type items, but I have found some good things at the Dutch Cupboard that I have not really seen other places.

I'll have to check that out. I'm nearly the same distance from Youngstown as I am from Parma. I'm near the Erie PA area. But much more familiar with Parma or even Girard then say...Pittsburgh. My dad is from Youngstown actually. Pitt just scares me.

I am about 45 min west of parma but know the area because my ex husbands family lived there.

From parma there are Joanne fabric stores.. they have a nice very nice selection in North Olmsted about 25 min west of parma.
Also a cake shop called Mardi Gras cake and candy.. on Lorain road in the same city .(north olmsted). Cake shop has been in business for 30 + yrs. just moved to this new location because lost lease after all this time. Haven't been there but always has a nice supply.
If you want to drive to a great store.. HOBBY LOBBY they are about 30 min south of Parma in a city called Medina. It is on Rt. 42. Great store. Americolor and so many things.
Also in Strongsville (also on rt 42 on the way to Medina) there is a big store called Pat Catains. They are all crafts. And has cake equipment. The Michaels in our area has more than some of the smaller cake shops.
You can also google cake supplies north east ohio see what you come up with.

I want to go to the one down in southern ohio.. sugarcraft cake shop. Told my husband he could go look at motorcycles if he would go with me to sugarcraft guess it is huge! You can check on line ... whats on line.. is in the pink building.

I've been to the pink store with the blocked name. Cakers playground! Take your gold credit card - not that it's expensive, there's just so much you will want to buy.

Thanks We've been visiting Parma exclusively for the last 7 years, but it's only been recently that we've ventured off and actually saw things. Tons of places to eat. The boyfriend really likes Das Schnitzel Haus. Last time we went it looked like it was closed.
