Just wondering how much to charge for cookie bouquets. Is it per cookie? And what about the container, Styrofoam etc?

It's tough...lots of factors to consider (# and size of cookies, costs of containers, prices in you location, etc).
I made some at Christmas for gifts, but then my mother-in-law placed an "order" to give some as gifts too. I think I only charged her $20 or $25/each, but realistically because they're so time-consuming it would be closer to $40. I believe my raw goods costs of everything came to about $10 each.

I charge cost of cookies + $7 or 20% whichever is greater. Covers the basket, styrofoam, large cello bag, etc.
