Hi,
I missed this part of the show, but one of my friends said she explained the way she made the moss look so real.

Her moss was amazing!!! icon_eek.gif

Did anyone catch it?

Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

I saw the tail end of that one. I wish I knew how she made the moss! It was awesome!

I'll have to watch it again, but she used isomalt crystals that I guess she colored, and laid those on some soft isomalt then stuck that in the oven for a min.

Has anyone ever figured out exactly how she created this moss effect? I could use step-by-step instructions icon_smile.gif

Email her. I asked her a question a while back about one of her cakes she posted on here and she emailed and called me.
