I'm looking for a good recipe for a chocolate filling that will survive this hot weather. The party is outside and probably will sit in the heat while we eat and open gifts. Any suggestions? Thanks

My go to chocolate is the chocolate frosting recipe from the back of the Hershey Cocoa container. It's delicious and a wonderful, rich, true chocolate flavor. Should hold up well in heat. It's basically a simple chocolate bc.

American buttercream (just add cocoa or melted chocolate to any plain bc recipe), or a whipped ganache.
