I bought some Gum Targameth or something like that at the OSSAS and am now reading that to make NL Gum Paste I actually need Tylose. I am reading on other pages though that what I have will subsitute okay. Does anyone know if this is true? I am really concerned and want to make some gum paste.

Also I know if I add 1 tsp of this per pound of fondant it will dry like gum paste, but does it roll thin like gum paste.

Yep Gum Trag is a good substitute for tylose. The gumpaste recipe that I use actually calls for Gum Trag but I can't get it as easily as tylose where I live so I use tylose instead and it works fine so you should be able to Gum trag without any problems.
