Could you please help me with a Whoopie Pie Recipe?

I have tried to make them previously with a Whoopie Pie tin to help, but they turned out quite hard in stead of spongy.

I love Martha Stewart's Chocolate Whoopie Pie recipe from her Cookies book. I make them with the PB filling... on my!!

I think there's a couple of whoopie recipes on Martha's website.
And if you search the archives, you will find there's a huge thread on them right here on CC.
