Acostumbro hacer cakes de dunca hines y una vez lei una receta muy buena agregandole 1 taza de haria, una taza de azucar, 1 taza de mantequilla y tres huevos mas la mezcla de la caja, al principio me quedaba muy bien, un cake muy humedo y sabroso. Pero de un tiempo para aca se desmorona con facilidad. El otro dia hice uno grande para 40 personas y lo moje un poco con gelatina para cambiarle el sabor y cuando lo parti no se podia sacar ni un solo pedazo entero, puras boronas... porque??? q estoy haciendo mal?

Puedes chequear con el Cake Doctor online.... www.cakemixdoctor.com. Ella se especializa en recetas comenzando con la mezcla de un cake mix y le añade otros ingredientes para cambiarlos.

Bueno, a mi solo me pasó una vez pero fue porque el cake estaba muy finito.
Aqui te dejo unas sugerencias de Luz Eleina Toledo, que escribió un libro que yo tengo que se llama Bizcochos, Creacion y Buen Gusto.
Razones por que se desborone un cake:
1. Demasiados huevos o yemas sin batir lo suficiente
2. Exceso de soda o polvo de hornear
3. Temperature del horno no regulada; que no mantiene el calor uniforme, molde muy cerca de los lados del horno
4. Manipulacion muy brusca al remover bizcocho del molde
5. Mezclar en exceso
6. Molde muy pequeño
7. Mucha grasa
8. No se enfrió en la forma adecuada
