Which one is better for stacking? It's for a wedding cake.
I love both of these recipes, but the middle in my Hershey's almost always sinks and the Darn Good one is so heavy.

I would really appreciate any advise and helpicon_smile.gif

It's a doctored recipe from the Cake Doctor. Haven't tried it, though. My vote is to use the Hershey's recipe, because I think it's taste is terrific. Have you tried substituting sour cream for the water? This helped me with the sinking problem and it made the cake a little more dense and less crumbly. Good luck!
