I have just joined this forum and am looking forward to every moment here. I am a newbie in baking and am struggling to make the perfect chocolate cake,not too moist not too dry.at times the texture is right then the tatse will be bad ir vise vesa.i have tried using the creaming but i got it right once only,tried again and it just didnt work.then tried using oil but it doesnt always come out right.please help with an easy but tasty chocolate cake recipe.

go to the recipes section and look up "Chocolate WASC".....the WASC (White Almond Sour Cream) cake is highly praised and will not steer you wrong. You won't be sorry
