I usually use Land O Lakes unsalted butter for my BC but it is so expensive right now. I was wondering if I could use Kirkland's with the same results? I like the fact that LOL is pale and the flavor is good.

Does anyone else use the Kirkland brand of butter for their BC?

Thanks,
Annie

Yup...at $2.50lb you can't beat the price. I use it all the time and my fresh BC comes out nice and pale white

Also...sometimes if you notice different brands all have the same wrappers on the butter sticks... icon_biggrin.gif
