I was thinking about making a cake today (for a bbq at friends tomorrow) and was very intrigued at the thought of a banana split cake. I'm not too sure how to go about doing this - banana cake with strawberry and pineapple filling topped with SMBC and chocolate ganache? oh, and of course some cherries!
how does that sound? any other suggestions? have any of you made a banana split cake?
