I'm looking for a carrot recipe that I can use under fondant that holds up well to carving? Used macsmom recipe last time, and did ok under fondant. Could cut back some of the liquid in that recipe as the flavor is delicious, but wanted to see if anyone had a tried and true recipe they go to when they need a durable carrot cake! Thanks!
