I am not looking for any horror stories or trying to stir up trouble. I have never ordered from this company and am just curious about the amount of time it takes for delivery. I need some items for a wedding at the end of the month so I a bit nervous about things being unavailable or slow getting here.

Hi Mommachris, I'm in CA also and it takes a week to get my orders with regular shipping. (if I order on Tuesday I'll receive it the following Monday)
I've never had a problem and when something wasn't in stock they called to see if I wanted them to hold the whole order or ship what was available.

They are great! And now, they have added a cheaper shipping option for smaller packages! It may not show up in your cart, but if its small and light weight, they will ship it through the mail instead!?!? I cant remember where I read it, somewhere on their site!

I have ordered several times from Global Sugar Art and they are wonderful. I am in N.C. I believe they are in N.Y. I ordered one morning @ 5am and by noon, I had an e-mail stating my stuff had been shipped.

They have great customer service. They called my cell phone to tell me that my order had to be split into two shipments and that they wouldn't ship it that way with out my approval.
I've spoken to real live people each time I call and they are always nice, polite and cheerful. (In my book, cheerful matters)

If you have any questions about your order getting to you in time, I would call the 800 number and speak to someone there.

I too have ordered regularly from them and never have a problem with delivery....normally within a week.

No need to worry about horror stories...I've placed at least 30 orders and 100% of the time they exceeded my expectations.

They are super! I got my stuff within a week!

I've ordered a lot of items from them. They're slower than other places I've ordered from - my orders take at least a week to get to me - and their shipping is more expensive. I'm glad to see they've added a less expensive option for small lightweight items.

I personally think they're great. Of course I'm close enough to go directly to their store. That's good and bad, good for me, bad for my wallet. lol

I've ordered from them several times and never had a problem. I ordered somethings a few weeks ago on a Monday and got them on Thursday using the USPS.

I order all my things from them. Living in NJ I get my order within two days without paying for expedited shipping. Everything comes wrapped securely (when I order fragile things). I've never had a problem, never had anything missing from my order, and never had anything broken.

Never had a problem. I usually get my order in 2 days, at the most, with regular shipping. I've even called to add on to my order and everything was handled perfectly.

I put an order in with GSA at 7am this morning. It's 5pm and I've just gotten an e-mail saying it's been shipped and I should receive it at earliest, Thursday. (Today's Tuesday!)

I'm in California, order exclusively from GlobalSugarArt. They always ship very quickly, sometimes within an hour of my order, and the one time that I've called them on the phone they were super helpful. I give them two thumbs up!
