I know this has been asked before but I don't remember what the replies were and couldn't find the question again so sorry if you've heard this before. Does cream cheese frosting need to be kept refrigerated? I'm making a red velvet cake for tomorrow and want to decorate it today.

Yes, I wouldn't keep it out longer than 3 or 4 hours.
