i stupidly did not use the nfsc recipe and some of my cookies spread. Can use the baked cookies to make cake pops? The cooked dough is soft. Thanks!

I've heard of people making cake pops from graham crackers (s'mores flavored) and Oreos. I'm not sure how ones made from soft cookies would turn out, but I think they'd be just fine - just don't add too much binder to them, because they'll already be humid. Why don't you make a couple just to see how they do?
