I've been flying by the seat of my pants and got to wondering if there is any kind of way to figure out a the amount of candy melts to use in any particular melt-and-pour candy mold.
I know these can be remelted for future use without any problems, but I would like to get things closer to accurate...and not have so much leftover chocolate (did I just say that?! Leftover chocolate that I EAT! lol )
I guess I should maybe start making notes, huh? That way I'd know how much chocolate I use and how many lollypops I get out of it.
Juuuust wondering if anyone has any tried and true info about this.
I did a search for "formula" but didn't come up with anything for this.
