Has anyone tried to make a wasc with an organic cake mix? I am making a cake for a friend who can not have soy. I made her a small seperate cake last year for her birthday, which was fine - but this year she wants the whole cake soy free. I can make a scratch cake, but my white/yellow cake doesn't come out as nice as the wasc ... so I was wondering ... has anyone tried it? and if so, have you frozen the cake after baking?
