Recipes Calls For Gram

I have a recipes that calls 325 gram flour 160gram of butter 100 gram of power sugar. Could somebody please tell me how many cups &oz I need for this recipes . thank you so much

Hi, Carpet.
I'm English, living in California, so I can help you:
325g is exactly 11.45oz, so I'm guessing that would be rounded up to 12oz.
160g is exactly 5.6oz, so take your best guess!
100g is exactly 3.5oz.

It doesn't matter what these ingredients are, like it does with cups, so I can't give you the cup amounts. I hope you can work that out from the ounce values. Good luck!

Go to google and type in a weight conversion chart and then all you have to do is plug in everything and it will give you the new measurements in cups and oz. icon_smile.gif
