Hello all,

Does anyone know if Parisian Macarons need to be refrigerated? I know that, depending on what type of filling you use they may need to be, but the shells themselves, do they need to be?

Thanks!

if it's just the shells they do not need to be refridgerated, but should be kept tightly wrapped. they can also be stored (filled or unfilled) in the freezer. depending on the filling they can either be stored in or out of the cooler
