How do you achieve the Tiffany blue color? Also what color do you use for a hot pink or fushia color?

I use Americolor Sky Blue and a Tiny bit of Leaf Green, Works Great!

For the hot pink I use deep pink.

for the tiffany, i used the wilton sky blue with a little bit of leaf green.
