I'm making chocolate covered oreos as party favours for my son's first birthday. People will grab them on their way out the door. They will be jungle themed for the party.

How many do I make per person? 1 or 2? If 2 they will be in the same bag. The kids will get loot bags so this is just a little treat for the adults.

I would say at least two per person, but I'd probably consider 3 or so myself.

How many people would eat just one oreo and not want more? icon_smile.gif

Personally, I couldn't eat more than 2 in one sitting. Those bad boys are pretty rich.

I did some for a fundraiser for my sons' college group, and did three per ziplock baggie. They had a number of repeat customers....

I've done them before for my daughters' baptisms and some birthdays. I only did one oreo per guest (they were on a stick) and no one complained. icon_wink.gif Especially if they are favors and not intended to be dessert, I think you can get away with just one. I had 100 guests and also made the cake so I really didn't have time to make two or more per person.
