I bought canned fruit pie filling but cannot find my apple corer. I was going to use the small end of my melon corer. . .not sure how much to put in and how to go about it. . .any help please? icon_surprised.gif

Your melon baller would work, or just use a small knife.

With the knife cut straight down in a circle and then use a small, small spoon or even the melon baller and pull out the cake.

I can't find anything to help me with this either but I have gotten to the point that I use a large size tip and just insert it into the cupcake and put enough filling in without cracking the cup cake and than ice the top. HTH
