Hi Everyone,

I was hoping to run an idea through those out there that have used dry ice before in their cakes.
I was thinking of making a tiki god with dry ice coming out of it's mouth, now I know most of the cakes I've seen dry ice being used have had it coming out the top. So would it be possible to have it come out the side?
My biggest worry is the stability of the cake, cutting a crevice on the side of the bottom layer of a cake makes me nervous. It will be a top tier as well, so will I run into issues with the dry ice container sitting on top of another cake?
I've never used dry ice on cakes period so I have lots of questions.
Any advice even if it's negative to tell me that my idea is not even possible is very much appreciated.

Thanks!
