I want to use a commercial kitchen to sell my cakes for 2 days a week with an approximate 10-20 hours per week. I have to do it this way for legal reasonings as we cannot bake out of our own homes. I have NO idea what the starting/going rate would be to rent out kitchens from restaurants..any one help me on an idea at all like monthly for these hours and days I provided? They also do NOT sell baked goods and they said I can maybe sell my baked goods there,,but could I do that in return partially for doing my wedding/other occasion cakes?? Please help as I need to know asap as I'm fishing but have no idea what rate I should be going for!
