Hi Fell0ow CC'ers,
I need your help. I've been given the opportunity to sell my cupcakes at my son's schools fair/flea market on June 18th. I'm so excited but have no clue where to begin. I want to do a bright table so it'll stand out.
I need your help a great deal (from start to finish) I was planning on just doing 500 Cuppies and maybe 100 cake pops. Also i want to use Swiss meringue butter cream because that's my biggest seller, what can I do to stabilize it so it doesn't melt. Any other advise would be greatly appreciated.
