I am making 300 cupcakes for an event. I want to get started soon since I can only make 24 cupcakes at a time. Can I start making them as early as Thursday if they are for Sunday? Would I keep them un-frosted in a cake box or can I frost them that far in advance. Or should I wait till Friday or Saturday to start making any of them. Any advice will be truly appreciated thank you.
