I just couldn't wait any longer, I've had the ingredients just sitting there for over 1 week now. My husband is away and won't be back untill next Friday!! FOREVER away! icon_smile.gif

So I went ahead and made my mix, but the cream cheese was left out a bit too long and now the mixture is in the fridge, Hopefully this will help me get my balls together.

I was going to roll up the balls and then make half up and put the rest of the undecorated balls into the freezer untill he got home and then cover those ones in chocolate??? What do you think

p.s Damn it tastes sooo good - a bit dangerous for an 8 month pregnant woman who has NO CONTROL !! ha ha ! thumbs_up.gif

Yes, you can freeze them. Put them on a tray or similar in the freezer and then bag them when they are frozen solid.
Give them some time to thaw before you dip them in chocolate or your chocolate will likely crack icon_wink.gif
