I am used to making cakes and have all of my timing down. My daughters school has asked me to make 400 cupcakes for their 8th grade dance. reading some of the posts on here I'm s little scared of freezing the baked cupcakes fearing the liners will pull away? Any suggestions? I just don't know how long the cupcakes can sit out(already frosted) and still be good. Thanks for any help. Will be vanilla and chocolate cuppies with american b/c.
