What Size Of Baking Cups For Professionals?

I notice that the baking cups for home-made cupcakes appear to be smaller than those used for a bakery. Is that right??
I know I can order different sized cups online and I'm wondering what the best size is so that I can present a professional product. Thanks!!

I use what are called "standard" size cupcake wrappers. I buy 500 of them at GFS. They fit perfectly into the plastic cupcake boxes that I purchase at my local cake store.
