I made 2 batches of NFSC today and the dough was so crumbly.
I mix well after each cup of flour and use my KA. I can't remember if I used the dough hook before or just the paddle. Same recipe and it's never been so dry. There is flooding around here and very humid so I don't think it should be because of the weather. I have to make 4 more recipes tomorrow ( making them for my son's class to decorate for class fundraiser) Thanks for any advice.
