I am looking for a electric convection commercial oven to bake my cakes in. Does anybody out there have any recommendations? Of course the sales people all tell you theirs is the best. So far I've looked at Baker's Pride, Blodgett and Southbend. I am leaning towards Blodgett, but would like other opinions please.

I have Baxter bread oven and it is amazing!! Mine is gas, either natural or propane. I had a Blodgett before and love the Baxter so much more! Not sure if they make it in electric?
