I am looking for a buttercream icing recipe that doesn't involve the use of Crisco or anything like that. I have a stomach issue and can not eat regular buttercream icing because of the fat content. Any other icings that can be made "low fat/no fat" and still taste great would be awesome as well! I also thought this would be a helpful recipe to have in case there are others out there that have health issues or are really health conscious. Thanks in advance!!
