I used to have a great recipe for a whipped chocolate ganache filling that was nice and firm for stacking, but spread easily at room temp. I should have guarded the recipe with my life, because now I cannot find it anywhere.

Does anyone out there have a great chocolate filling that firms up nicely for stacked cakes???
