I am looking for a recipe for chocolate mousse, I found a few but I need to cover the cake with fondant. I usually try to decorate them the night before. Will the mouse be ok if left in a fondant covered cake overnight?

Fondant covered cakes require refrigeration if the fillings are perishable.

In order to avoid water marks when boxed cake is removed from refrigerator - don't touch any spots of condensation, they will evaporate leaving no marks if left untouched.
