I would like to start a small business in Indiana. Does anyone know the regulations? I only want to do a couple cakes a month to start with. Has anyone found a place to research this?

Anyone ever find out anything...I can't find anything myself. The only thing I know of was when I had my wedding 5 years ago the lady that catered was getting out of the catering because of the rules and she was only going to do cakes. This makes me wonder if it is seperate than the catering laws.
