A coworker wants a sheet cake and cupcakes out of pound cake. Normally I do yellow/white/lemon/chocolate cakes, so I am not certain about fillings and frostings. I was wondering if a buttercream (American or Swiss meringue) frosting would be good. Could I use any filling, such a lemon or a raspberry one for example? Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
