Hi all,

I am making cake pops for the first time (so far so good - thanks Babycakes ), red velvet. Have been planning on coating them with white chocolate unless someone has an idea/recipe for a cake pop coating that mimicks the flavor of cream cheese frosting traditionally served with red velvet cake, yet will create a shell, so to speak??

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
