Oh, what is a cake addict to do, lol! SO much information and so many choices to make. I can't believe I only just found out about Cake Central and yes, it is very addictive. I've never been on a site with so many talented, friendly and helpful folks. Thanks to all.

Current dilemma: I had been looking at the Jennifer Dontz DVD "The Easy And Tasty Way To Perfect Fondant" then learned about Sharon Zambito's "Flawless Fondant" DVD. I've been doing BC for so long I know I've got to get with the program and learn fondant for today's brides. Which of these DVDs should I buy? Are they different enough to order both?

This answer isn't going to help you decide, I LOVE both of the DVD's. I own them both. I will say, I love Jennifer's fondant recipe she gives in the video. Best fondant I have tasted! They are both worth owning!

yes, I also agree with Jennifer's DVD her recipe is the best I love it because I am able to frost my cake with non dairy whipp cream and cover it with her fondant recipe love it. and I also own all of Sharon Zambito's DVD's she has great prices and if she keeps making her videos at these prices I will continue to buy them all.
