how much should a basic cookie and brownie recipe yield when using the mini cupcake tins?

I am making an assortment of each, I dont know how many times that I would have to multiply the recipe in order to get the amount needed..

To give you an idea, I am doing Fudge, PB, Walnut, Cream Cheese and Caramel Brownies, as well as M&M, Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Chip and Sugar Cookies.

Thank you.

That depends on the recipe. There is no way to tell. Some cookies bake fluffy and some barely change in size. You are going to have to bake about what you need and record it for the next time. I always note the size disher or the pan and how high I filled it.
